Ross | All rights in media reserved 16 After a 1031 Exchange  All players who have received cards must place them in escrow  They may not be placed in the player’s hand  An escrow must be open or available  If an escrow is not open or available, the player must close escrow or have a deal fall through in order to clear an escrow card

Ross | All rights in media reserved 17 Offering a Referral  Referrals can be offered at any time by the active player.  They are usually offered:  When an escrow is not available and  When no player wants to do a 1031 Exchange  A player must have a referral card to do a referral
