2. Father, now that I am sick, Let my heart search you And let it pour out in you. Come down with your goodness up to my fears, my darkness and doubts.

3. Fill with your presence my empty silences grant me peace in tensed moments calmness in difficulties generosity when I am pressed down make alive with your Word my fallen hope, help me to abandon myself in you, to be grateful, at all moments.

4. Father, now that I live in adversity, grant that my eyes not cease to look at the cross of your Son, As it is in it, according to what we are told. We´ll find trhe strength to love further than our limits.

5. Father, may the Spirit lead me to persevere till the end On this long path of hope. Amén.
