17 Conclusions Total telecommunication employment has been shrinking for few years; trend has changed only recently Telecom employment as a share of total is decreasing gradually Mobile revolution significantly influenced the overall efficiency of the telecommunication sector The efficiency growth can be observed in fixed telecom sector as well; this trend will be enforced through migration to the NGN
