17 17 Conclusions  Total telecommunication employment has been shrinking for few years; trend has changed only recently  Telecom employment as a share of total is decreasing gradually  Mobile revolution significantly influenced the overall efficiency of the telecommunication sector  The efficiency growth can be observed in fixed telecom sector as well; this trend will be enforced through migration to the NGN
