© Partnership for Excellence 1997-2007 Plus / Delta The purpose is to provide everyone an opportunity to share the pluses - what went well, and the deltas - what we could do to change or improve an identified process. Begin each plus or delta with a verb. Choose one or two deltas to work on for improvement. Report on changes made to deltas at the next meeting. PLUSDELTA Reflection Activity
