Team Purpose is essential for creating team synergy as it sets the tone & aspiration for the team Shared Vision. Ideally boundaries & scope of vision are set clearly enough to indicate direction But are set flexibly enough to allow the creative process required for commitment to develop (co-creation &/or elaboration of shared vision ) Designing Successful Teams: Creating Clear Purpose, Shared Vision, Common Approach & Actionable Goals
