It allows us to be good corporate citizens The resources within xxx are now significant enough to make an impact on the community in which we work

Corporate Level = Impact Product and Cash Grants Application process, reviewed by employee steering committee Employee Level = Employee Morale Various levels of participation available Steering Committee or Councils All employees can help choose area of focus via Intranet or Survey 6 days per year PTO to volunteer at charity of choice Manager tracks Choose your own or do it w/ larger department company Steering committee organizes regular opportunities Employee based grants – Dollars for Doers and Community Action Team grants
