Opinion: This level of professional development, number of presenters, and diversity of presenters from around the country would be difficult to afford or replicate at a state level The presenters from around the country offer a wide variety of perspectives and experiences to draw from

Committees Policy and Resolutions This committee serves as the study and research committee to the Board of Trustees on all major policy decisions and thrusts of NAE4-HA. Committee members solicit, receive and review resolutions from the membership and develop and present resolutions to the Board of Trustees for further action. Public Relations and Information This committee is all about marketing - NAE4-HA, 4-H Alumni, 4-H special events (like the 4-H Centennial), the national 4-H program, and the 4-H Youth Development Profession are all areas addressed.

Committees Member Recognition This committee markets, selects and manages all of the NAE4-HA Regional and National Member Recognition Programs. News and Views This committee supports and facilitates the purpose and objectives of NAE4-HA through communication. Committee members determine the themes for each issue of News & Views, solicit articles, and make recommendations for improving the publication.

Committees Professional Development This committee is charged with the support and development of educational programs, curriculum and opportunities which will enhance the professional growth of NAE4-HA members. Diversity This committee works to make diversity and inclusiveness part of NAE4-HA's fabric by developing programs which relate to all aspects of the association.

Committees Research and Evaluation This committee develops a research and evaluation agenda and focus for NAE4-HA. Programs This committee is responsible for advocating, partnering, and sharing specific programs that will assist the membership in the performance of their jobs as 4-H Youth Development Professionals.
