Our Objectives Business Objective: To develop, coordinate, and administer quality sponsored projects administration training opportunities for research administrators at UTHealth. Learning Objective: Cover basic to advanced level topics on UTHealth Sponsored Projects Administration policies, procedures, award lifecycle, regulatory compliance, and also provides resources and contacts for future use.

SPA Training Course Held 3 Pilots (2 with non-SPA members & 1 with SPA members) 3 Day Course Class size: 24 Cost: $150 for all 3 days Must register for all 3 days Breakfast and Lunch Provided each day Located in TMC Library Provide reference materials, workbook, and bag of goodies to each participant Utilized Secure Share for presentations Considered using Blackboard Solicit Speakers in Mid June
