8 The company’s profile  Our company is called SMW (SOiZ Może Wszystko – in literal translation: SOiZ Manages Well – is created according to the general partnership. We produce hand-made or hand-decorated T-shirts, jewellery, bookmarks, ornaments made out of recycled materials.  SMW –Event – we also organise local events, social-cultural events, and social events for youth which attends our school, SOiZ, as well as for local community.

Number of T- shirts - 50 Unit cost of one Tshirt – 7zł Costs of buying paint Number of T- shirts - 50 Unit cost of the paint – 4zł Costs of hand- made painting - 200zł The number of T-shirts - 50 The cost of the painting – 4zł Unit cost of one T- shirt (7+4 +4) =15 złoty (about 3,75€) Recommended retail price – 20 złoty (about 5€)

21 Calculation of three products - third product: bookmark Costs of buying Bristol board – 45zł Number of bookmarks - 50 Unit cost of buying Bristol board – 0,90zł Cost of decorative elements – 30zł Number of bookmarks – 50zł Unit cost ofdecorative elements – 0,60zł Costs of producing bookmarks – 100zł. Number of bookmarks - 50 Unit cost of producing one bookmark – 2zł. Unit cost of one bookmark (0,90+0,60 +2) =3,50 złoty (about 0,88€) Recommended retail price of one bookmark– 5 złoty (about 1,25€)

22 Financial analysis for these three products Profits forecast of selling these goods and providing services = 1410 zł, including:  T-shirts: 50 units x 20zł = 1000 zł  Bracelets: 20 units x 8zł = 160 zł  Bookmarks: 50 units x 5zł = 250 zł Production forecast costs= 1005 złProfits forecast = 1410 zł – 1005 zł = 405 złoty (about 101,25€)
