Related Initiatives - Composite Materials and Structures - Objective: Developing Reliability-Based Design Optimization system for all Composites Technology Programs. Phase I SBIR – transitioning to Phase II Fast Track Program in FY08. –Understand, characterize and micromechanically model these damage modes based on rigorous mechanics and predictive framework.
