How are dictionaries organized?? Alphabetically, or ABC order!!

There are so many words in a dictionary… Can anyone think of something that makes a dictionary or encyclopedia easier to use?? Hint….they are found at the top of the page. Hint…they tell you the FIRST and LAST word on the page GUIDE WORDS
