5 Forces model 1.Buyer’s Influence: High; buyers can choose from many other restaurants over the Greene Turtle with similar food and atmosphere 2.Supplier’s Influence: High; No other restaurants offer an app to make reservations as well as pre-order food for their dine-in experience. 3.Existing Competitors: Medium; Domino’s has a voice order app, Panera has an app that allows you to place your order on the app for pick up, and other restaurants in the area such as Glory Days, CVP, Chili’s, and Bill Batemans. 4. Potential for New Competition: High; If the app is successful, other restaurants will want to adopt use of the app. 5.Substitute Products: Low; No other apps for other restaurants provide the services our app does, therefore the only substitutes are calling to make reservations of apps that only allow you to order ahead for pick up instead of dining in.
