Global Address List (GAL) Sharing Places NAVMED Contacts in the VA GAL and FHCC contacts into the NMED GAL Allows E-Mail addresses to be shared between the VA and Navy Medicine –Addresses are able to be viewed and accessed through the GAL –End-users access through Outlook –Enables more seamless collaboration Co-managed by the ESOC and VA Technical Staff Expected to be fully in place and operational in December 2010 (this date needs to be confirmed) 17-19 February 2011 Leading NAVMED through PortfolioManagement. 15
