2. Martin Luther Kings He was born on January 15, 1929 in Atlanta Georgia. He was 39 when he was assassinated. He was assassinated at the Lorraine Motel. King was shot at 6:01 p.m. on April 4th the bullet traveled down his spinal cord. He was pronounced dead at 7:05 p.m. at St. Joseph's Hospital.

3. Family He had four kids. HE married his wife Coretta Scott on June 18th 1953. His four kids names where Yolanda Denise, Martin Luther III, Dexter Scott and Bernice Albertine.

5. Achievements His greatest achievements would be his speeches. He gave eleven speeches his most famous was the “I have a dream…” That speech was given on the steps of Lincoln Memorial in DC.
