5.  Study the Bible  Matt. 7:12 – golden rule  Eph. 4:32 – be ye kind to one another  Study good books Know your wife

6.  Giving – to assign  Honor – precious  Gen. 2:23 – Adam  Prov. 31:10 – price far above rubies “You are the one in my life”

7.  Recognize wife is weaker vessel  He is to care for her  “Joint-heirs of the grace of life”  Purpose to serve God together  Marriage – two people living for each other and for God

8.  Hindered = to cut off, interrupt  God hears those who hear him  1 Pet. 3:12 “his ears are open unto their prayers:”  If a husband does not treat his wife properly then God will not hear his prayers.
