CONCLUSIONS Awareness about the benefits of LibREN is highly required (workshops, tv programs, etc…) Wealthy resource (Fiber optic infrastructure) must be exploited properly for the benefit of academics, industry and for the benefit of citizens in general LibREN steering committee must be formed very soon to guide the project LibREN will be a major asset for the Libyan economic growth and prosperity It will be a source of much Internet innovation, that would benefit the whole society LibREN have just started and it will be around very soon
