IFS Warehouse Data Collection
IFS Presentation IFS Warehouse Data Collection Improving efficiency & increasing quality - In the regions IFS have had good relationships with different partners providing local products and services to our customers in the field of Data Collection. - However, there has been a strong demand for a one-stop-shop solution rather than integrating to 3rd party products, a need that IFS have not been able to meet in the past - The introduction of IFS Enterprise Explorer, Touch Apps and the long term strategy for Mobile Workforce is now giving us a good technical platform to build such solutions on - With major enhancements IFS Warehousing in recent years – and more on the roadmap – Mobility in the warehouse is a natural next step for us © 2011 IFS April 15, 2017 © 2009 IFS

Data Collection Configuration
IFS Presentation Solution Overview Clients IFS EE Android Win Mobile - With the solution we will provide a number of different clients, where we today have got clients for IEE and Android developed and Windows Mobile planned The clients require zero customization or configuration and communicates through one and the same generic process configuration done in IEE If the customer wants support for additional processes not yet in standard, or existing customizations needs to be incorporated, NO client development of any of the three clients is necessary, only PL/SQL (server side) development required. IFS Presentation Solution Overview Workflow - Business Logic & Configuration Loc No Loc No Part No Part No Qty Serial The user do not have to think, with the same process/transaction and for example parts handled differently, the solution directs the user to the right thing If a serial part is scanned the user will be prompted to scan serial numbers rather than entering a quantity IFS Warehouse Data Collection © 2011 IFS April 15, 2017 © 2009 IFS

Clients Windows for Forklift PC or PAD IFS Warehouse Data Collection
IFS Presentation Clients Windows for Forklift PC or PAD Using the same transaction on a larger device such as a vehicle mounted PC, laptop or PC in arrivals/dispatch area you have more space and can utilize additional IEE capabilities In my example here I have configured the transaction to also display media from the Media Library back to me, here an image connected to the item I am counting giving me a visual confirmation that I am counting the right item Note that there is an “on screen keyboard” which allows the user to enter e.g. qty without having a keyboard attached, if using a touch screen. Enabled/disabled by pressing “123”. IFS Warehouse Data Collection © 2012 IFS April 15, 2017 © 2012 IFS

Clients Android on Handheld – for mobile workers
IFS Presentation Clients Android on Handheld – for mobile workers - The last example is the Android client. The client has been developed on our Touch App technology and will be available on any Android device. So far we have tested the solution on Android phones as well as the Honeywell 7800 device with an Android OS. The Android client is intended to be used by mobile workers and not in a high volume warehouse, since traffic is routed through the IFS Cloud and not on premise Since the client is very thin, and the bulk of the logic is on the server, the additional effort for us to develop the iOS Touch App or other clients is not significant (but not yet planned) The devices on the right hand are the Honeywell Dolphin Black and Dolphin 7800, both Android devices.
