16. Science and Social Studies Q: If I have a student who has taken MI- Access FI ELA and mathematics, but took MEAP science and social studies, how will the student now be assessed in science and social studies?

17. Science and Social Studies A: First of all, if a student can take MEAP science and social studies, the student should not be taking MI-Access. However, for student who do take MI- Access, the IEP Team must determine how the student will be assessed in science and social studies until MI- Access assessments in these content areas are developed.
