President CHUN’s Project Approval Document August 22, 1988 Process –MOST->MOC->MIC->EPB-> BH President’s memo – ETRI President, as PM of this 4M DRAM project, takes full authority over all R&D manpowers. –Three companies are bounded together by a common destiny and should follow and cooperate the direction of the PM.
