6 Modifying your reservation Attendees (Default to) Summary Make a Payment Reports Event Details Help

7 Modifying your reservation You can add or delete campers from this screen. (Prior to “Make a Payment” Press the + or X

8 Modifying your reservation Using the + at the top of the previous screen you can add multiple campers quickly. Use the dropdown(s) to add additional campers to your unit. Remember that campers added using this method will need to be added to your campsite as well.

9 Adding Names and Schedules Attendees – Add Camper (youth and adult) information and scheduling.

10 Completing your roster & scheduling Click the period Click the Class SAVE

11 Completing your roster & scheduling Notice Climbing and Art have been added to this campers schedule.

12 Converting from Deposit to “Live” Press “Make a Payment”

13 Converting from Deposit to “Live” Notice $100.00 Unallocated Credit (this is your deposit for 2015) Move the $100.00 to an “Attendee”

14 Converting from Deposit to “Live” GREAT TRAIL COUNCIL UNITS Press “Make a Payment” Unallocated funds box will appear. Assign the $100.00 to a camper. Press Save

15 Converting to “Live” Great Trail Units will notice a Total Credit of $100.00 in one camper. And a Total Paying Now (Required Payment) of $0.00

16 Converting from Deposit to “Live” OUT OF COUNCIL UNITS Press “Make a Payment” Unallocated funds box will appear. Assign your funds to a camper or campers. For the next screen we will assign 10x10. Press Save Note the background though…

17 Converting from Deposit to “Live” OUT OF COUNCIL UNITS You MUST pay $10.00 per camper (youth only) at this time. In this example, we used the $100.00 deposit @ $10.00ea for the first 10 campers in this unit. This still leaves a required payment of $150.00 (15x10)

18 Check-Out ALL UNITS Click “Begin Checkout”

19 Check-Out ALL UNITS Check the policy Click NEXT

20 Check-out GTC UNITS No further payment is required before 5/16, however you may make a payment at any time. Click on “Book Registration”

21 Check-out Out of Council UNITS You MUST pay $10.00 per youth camper you are registering. – This may be a combination of your existing deposit and new funds. Verify CC Billing Information – Incorrect billing address will cause transaction to be denied by CC authorize.net Click “NEXT”

22 Check-out Out of Council UNITS Verify the payment amount is correct. Enter CC numbers Click the checkbox Click “Book Registration”

23 Check-Out ALL UNITS Congratulations your done!

24 Completing your roster & scheduling If you provide camper names and schedule information, you will have several reports available to assist you, and your SPL in unit management during camp. More features are scheduled for release from the vendor prior to the summer season.

27 Advantages to completing your roster and MB info before Check-in GTC Units – We can verify your roster before check-in. OOC Units – If you email (roster@manatoc.org) your roster from internet advancement we can verify if before check-in.roster@manatoc.org Your merit badge info will be in the system, expediting Monday check-in to classes for your Scouts. You will be able to track payments, and generate reports for your use. You assist us in our food service counts, reducing costs and waste. (Food service accounts for nearly 40% of the summer camp fee structure.)
