Reference - page 43 in Student Handbook Everyone entering Lakeland Regional High School is expected to dress in a professional manner. In order to create a positive school atmosphere, attire and grooming should be neat and clean, consistent with the standards of health and safety, be in good taste and not disrupt learning in the classroom. Good judgment when selecting clothing for school is expected. *Administration is authorized to make the final determination of appropriate attire.

INAPPROPRIATE FOR SCHOOL No midriffs No ripped/shredded Jeans (not even with leggings under jeans)

Women UNACCEPTABLE Shorts, skirts, dresses, or shirts that are tight, short, or transparent Tube tops, spandex, or leggings

Shorts, skirts and dresses must extend past the fingertips when arms are placed at your side - even while sitting or walking Otherwise it is inappropriate for school! Acceptable Vs. Unacceptable

Men Muscle shirts, sleeveless athletic jerseys or pants worn low are inappropriate for school

Students that “Dress for Success” on these dates: Friday, September 28 th Friday, November 30th Friday, January 25th Friday, March 22 nd Friday, May 31st will be rewarded with a free Breakfast in the Cafeteria at 8:40-9:10

Collar dress shirt and/or suit (necktie optional) Polo shirts Dress Slacks Dress Shoes (with dark dress socks) Inappropriate attire for men: Jeans, Hats, Sneakers and sunglasses

Business pantsuit with Blouse Skirt with blouse or dress, worn below fingertip length Dress Shoes Inappropriate attire for women: Jeans and/or leggings, sandals, midriff or strapless tops low-cut or see-through blouses/tops/dresses, sneakers and sunglasses
