To form the possessive of a singular noun, simply add ‘s

5. Rule #2
If a noun is plural and ends in s, just add an apostrophe at the end of the word. The monster s’ noses The ants’ antennas

6. Rule #3
If a noun is plural and does not end in s, add ‘s at the end of the word. The children’s candy The mice’s whiskers
