Hygiene Hygiene is the study and observance of health rules.
Hygiene refers to the set of practices associated with the preservation of health and healthy living.

Hygiene Hygiene is an old concept related to medicine, as well as to personal and professional care practices related to most aspects of living. In medicine and in home (domestic) and everyday life settings, hygiene practices are employed as preventative measures to reduce the incidence and spreading of disease.

Personal Hygiene Personal Hygiene is defined as
“The branch of health which is concerned with the individual΄s adjustment to the physiological needs of the body and mind for the attainment of the maximum level of health”.

Personal hygiene involves those practices performed by an individual to care for one's bodily health and well being, through cleanliness. Good personal hygiene habits are related to the different parts of body.

Care of the face Wash the face two times a day with a mild soap or gentle cleanser. Use lotions if needed.

Conclusion For the maintenance of good health both physical and mental hygiene must be practiced regularly. Physical and mental hygiene must go hand in hand. Hygiene is the secret of health.
