ROBOTICS IS THE WAVE OF THE FUTURE……
2
ARES Robotics has a perfect safety record with zero injuries and recordable incidents. Ares is the leader in ROV operations in the petrochemical industry. ARES can solve your problems and help minimize your costs Introduction to ARES Robotics, LLC ARES is the company to create solutions to your material removal and/or inspection needs. ROVs (remotely operated vehicles) for use in the petrochemical industry and has become the problem solver in the industry in material removal, inspection and remote tasking. Ability to work in any hazardous environment, Ares can perform well in all types of chemicals and vessels including carbon steel and stainless steel vessels. Top vessel entry maintenance cleaning and sludge reduction is one of our specialties. Ares has also entered into the pipeline industry and has a line of vehicles for inspection and well as cleaning oily water and sewer lines.

ARES ROV APPLICATIONS The use of an ARES ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) provides alternatives that are not limited by standard material removal methodology. In-Service Material Removal is a limitless area where robotics can perform the previously unimaginable. Cost benefits of a vessel remaining in service vs. the time and cost of removing it from service The ability to perform maintenance material reduction and volume restoration on a prescheduled basis Material Removal and Disposal opportunities never before possible without shutdown Internal Floating Roof Maintenance and Inspection without human entry of the confined space. Camera inspections of individual roof components and sealing systems Removal of pontoon lids and pumping of any liquid materials from pontoons to verify structural integrity Ability to remove fugitive material accumulated on internal roof due to seal burp or failure All functions can be easily accomplished regardless of tank condition and/or internal roof integrity Bulk Material Removal regardless of vessel conditions, integrity or internal roof height A single ROV is designed to replace and significantly outperform an entire tank cleaning crew ROVs are unaffected by Tank Conditions/Integrity, LEL Levels or IHDL Conditions Systems are fully adaptable to perform material removal under changing conditions *All functions can be easily accomplished regardless of material viscosity, density or abrasiveness in addition to Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel vessels.. Stainless Steel Tank ROV Application ROV’s can perform top vessel entry into any shaped vessel therefore there is no need for cutting on vessel for entry which maintains vessel integrity while being cost effective ROV equipment is stainless steel and compatible and will not contaminate vessel with incompatible materials ROV’s can perform maintenance cleaning and bulk material removal while the vessel is in service Can clean entire vessel with no human entry and readied for inspection or repairs
