Tabs Font Font Type: to Change the font face Font Size: to Change the font size Grow Font: to increase the font size Shrink Font: to decrease font size Clear Formatting: to clear all formatting from the selected text, leaving only the plain text.

Bold : to make the selected text bold Italic : to Italicize the selected text Underline : Underline the selected text. Draws a line under the text Strikethrough: draw a line through the middle of the selected text Subscript: to create small letters bellow the text baseline H2O Superscript: to create small letters above the line of the text Ca 2+ Change Case: to change all the selected text to UPERCASE, lowercase, Or oTHER COmmON capitalization Text Highlight Color: to make the text look like it was marked with a highlighter pen Font Color: to change the selected text color

Paragraph Text Align: to locate the text on the page, on right, left, middle and justify. Numbering: to add numbering or bullets to the text. Indent: to control the indent level of the paragraph. Text Direction: to set the direction from right to left or left to right.

Paragraph Line Spacing: to change the spacing between lines of the text. Sort: to sort the data alphabetically or numerically. Show/hide: to show the processes of the paragraph. Shading: to color the background behind the selected text or paragraph. Outside Borders: to put borders to the selected text or paragraph.
