Creating a Price-Schedule From the checklist select Pricing required. The option will appear in the relevant process step e.g Step 1 for Open OJEU process, Step 2 for Restricted OJEU process.

Depending on template settings these two boxes may already be ticked but they can be ‘unticked / ticked’ as required If you require suppliers to provide pricing for a number of items select Pricing of Price-Schedule file requested and then select relevant options e.g Pricing of all items required.

If pricing has been requested the add Price-schedule tab will appear in the checklist When you go into Add price-schedule information you have the option to Import data; Add Row; Add from Price Schedule Manager.

Completed Price-Schedule excel template You can set up ‘sections’ of items for pricing by creating headers which appear in bold once spread-sheet has uploaded. You can create a subheading under a main header by setting the ‘indent’ as 1 and for ‘items’ listed under sub-heading set’ indent’ as 2.

Import verification If any errors are found the system flags them up and lists the lines they appear on. If no errors click Proceed.

Remember to select all lines by ticking in the box in top left corner and Update to new version. Imported spreadsheet – draft version
