Bill is being generated from the system by calculating the measuring values with the previously stored values.
Finally AAE will submit the system generated bill, Go Ahead Letter and supporting documents to the APICOL cell of Bank (Axis Bank).
Bank will verify the documents submitted by AAE and release the subsidy within ¾ days through RTGS/NEFT to the beneficiary account.

9. COMMERCIAL AGRI ENTERPRISES
The beneficiary will submit the application form for availing the subsidy online.
The register application form will go for preliminary scrutiny by the nodal officer of that district.
The Register application will scrutinize and verify by the concern nodal officer.
The application will then go to the scrutiny committee for approval after that nodal officer will issue Go-Ahead letter to the beneficiary.
In Bank finance cases, the bank will evaluate the project and prepare proposal and send it to the nodal officer.
In self finance cases, the nodal officer will evaluate the project and prepare proposal and place this for sanctioned of subsidy before the District Level Committee (DLC)
After getting the project proposal by the appropriate authority Collector of the District will approved this project proposal and send it to the concern DDA (Dy. Director of Agriculture) for released of subsidy.
After getting the approved project proposal along with the proceedings of the DLC meeting from the Collector of the District the DDA will disburse the eligible amount of subsidy through the financing agency in bank financed cases whereas to the entrepreneur directly through cheque in case of self-financed cases.

Manufacturer/Company will issue the principal certificate to the Distributor.
Online apply for license by the distributor.
Verifies and approved by the DAO for issue of license to the concern Distributor.
License holder can also apply online for amendment or same for renewal to the concern DAO.

CPCO License is provided for general disinfestations services to commercial installations like production and ware-houses, areas like fmcg, Pharma, electronics, food processing, Corporate houses, Rice mills, Sophisticated server rooms and work stations etc.

17. STOCK INVENTORY OF SEED
Stock inventory of seed is used for effective monitoring of actual stock position of different variety of seed at point of time.
Received & sale of seed are entered by the seed supply corporation like OAIC & OSSC.
Intra district seed sale is restricted.
Godwan transfer facilities are included .
Seeds can be received only from MOU farm, outside Agency, Department farm by OSSC & OAIC.
OAIC sells the seeds to registered dealers &  department.
 OSSC sells the seeds to Pacs, dealers, & department.
Govt can monitor individual lot no of seed to whom it is sold.

19. e-PEST SURVEILLANCE AND PEST MANGEMENT
The Plant protection officer collects the information on the pest and diseases affected to the crops of the farmers’ up to village level for particular seasons. The data includes total area affected along with the higher, moderate and lower intensity of pest attack and the total area treated etc.
PPO enters all the above data once ( System opens from Wednesday 10Am to Thursday 12am) in a week . Reports are being sent to Govt. Of India.
Finally as per the pest intensity the advice have been taken online from the OUAT ( State Agriculture University) experts to render immediate services to farmer.
Farmer can see immediately the advisory on
AGRISNET portal.

20. Crop Weather Watch Group
DDAs enter data district wise relating to the detail information of each crop , inputs , implements & weather on every Thursday & Friday
The consolidated report is being generated at Directorate level on Monday for transmitting the same to Govt. of India for Rabi .
For Kharif season data is being sent twice ( 15th and 30thof each month) to Govt. of India
