Who is responsible for growth? Is church growth the responsibility of the Minister? Is church growth down to the Elders? Is church growth everyone’s responsibility?

Who is responsible for growth? If God is the creator of the universe, the creator of the church, surely we can leave everything in God’s safe hands?

The history of the church is a history of growth and decline – a history of schisms and disagreements!
