4 Final Year Project COMP39X Demonstration (15% of total mark)  Purpose  To give a demonstration to talk through your software  Demonstration: Week 10 (27 Apr – 01 May)  You must make yourself available during the week  Arranged by the marker (2 nd supervisor) 4 Assessed bySupervisormarker Demonstration

6 Final Year Project COMP39X Dissertation (65% of total mark)  To provide a complete record of all the work  Submission: Thursday 14 May (noon)  1 copy to submit to Student Office, 1 to E-project  Dissertation: self-contained, complete record  recommend: 10,000 words (max 15,000)  binding material available from Student Office  template of cover downloaded from website 6 Assessed bySupervisormarker Dissertation

15 Final Year Project COMP39X Late Submission  According to University standard penalties  5 marks deducted for each working day of lateness  Up to a maximum of 5 working days  Work received after 5 working days will receive a mark of 0  For any mitigating circumstances, submit the form with evidence to the Student Office asap and contact your first supervisor 15
