4. 4 MyFloridaMarketPlace Use of System Rule Components Key Rule Components  Agencies will include 1% fee terms and conditions in all solicitations and agreements effective July 1  Refer to Transaction Fee rule draft handout (pages 7-9 in handout)  Vendors must be registered in MyFloridaMarketPlace in order to respond to solicitations or enter into new agreements effective July 1  Refer to Vendor Registration rule draft handout (pages 10-11 in handout)  MyFloridaMarketPlace will define a process for self-reporting fees during MyFloridaMarketPlace / SPURS transition period  Refer to Transaction Fee Report Form draft handout (page 12 in handout)

5. 5 MyFloridaMarketPlace Use of System Rule Components Transaction Fee Terms and Conditions  When to use them?  Agencies may immediately begin to incorporate them in their solicitations and blanket purchase orders  Where to find them?  The Transaction Fee Terms and Conditions will be posted to the MyFloridaMarketPlace portal
