BUILDING STRONG ® Centralized Furnishings Program FY12 Program Changes  Huntsville Center is following GAO ruling (270483,96-1 CPD P 146, 1996 WL 106646 (Comp.Gen.)) that does not allow the award of items that are not on a schedule holder’s contract, including different dimensions.  Vendors’ price lists and GSA contracts must reflect the actual items they have on schedule.  The centralized furnishings program is undergoing process reviews that will result in changes, both permanent changes and pilot projects. 6
