PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT Student Services & Central Administration Project Team: Architect: Steinberg Architects Construction Manager: Parsons Brinckerhoff Contractor: Zovich Construction Project Update: Storefront installation is complete. Glazing is 75% installed in the Storefronts Curtainwall installation has started. Glazing to begin April 20 Interior framing continues on the first floor west side in the dining/kitchen area. Data cable has started being pulled on the second floor east side Sheetrock has started on one side of the walls. Elevators are delivered and awaiting installation. PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT Science Building, Phase II Project Team: Architect: Kwan Hemni Construction Manager: Parsons Brinckerhoff Contractor: Broward Builders, Inc Project Update: Interior Casework, Lighting and Fume hoods continue to be installed. Ceiling Tiles being installed in all rooms, Power to building 95% complete, Elevator starts week of April 16, 2012 Stair Treads and Guardrails are completed. Greenhouse being installed. Exterior and Interior Painting is complete. Restrooms completed. 2 nd floor classrooms are completed. Storefront installation and Glazing Completed. Project Update: 100% Design review completed, final design was Approved by DSA February 2012. Project was Bid on March 13, 2012 and Contractor will be Board Approved April 17, 2012.
