Lessons Learned Practitioners need flexibility in order to maintain fidelity. –The practice must be adaptable to specific context and the available resources. The core must be differentiated from the “extras.” Don’t mess with the core. –If you change the core, you cannot achieve the desired results. Use the data. –Have a process for collecting, analyzing, and using it. –Use the data to make decisions. –Use the data to get “buy-in” from others (teachers and parents). Opponents can’t argue with data.
