So instead of having 4 grandparents each (totalling 8 grandparents) they shared one set of grandparents, so only had 6 grandparents. ie they married their first cousins The Stevenson Ancestors James MacDonald (MA10) Jean Stewart (MA8) Alexander MacDonald (MA9) Donald MacDonald (MA11) married

Same family or not? Christina Stewart (MA1) John Stewart (MA2) Marriage date & place unknown The MacArthurs and Stewarts (the MacDonald ancestors) (MA) Christina and John Stewart Ie Grand parent of the 7/8 sisters John Stewart and his wife Christina Stewart (Née Stewart) at Meikle Trochrie had a son born about the 10 th of October baptized Lagginalachie named James (MA5). I cannot find this in the old parish records but is reported in other family trees Who married Janet MacArthur (MA6) in 1824 Not yet researched!
