NETC N7 Policy/Process for Migration from NAVEDTRA 130/131 to NAVEDTRA 136 NETC INST 1500.10 (13 Aug 12) defining policy: Any new content development within the NETC domain, for revision of 50 percent or greater of existing content, shall be performed using AIM, CPM, and LOM. Learning Centers (LCs) should strive to convert all course material using AIM, CPM, and LOM as workload permits. A Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) is required to be developed in the CPM for all revisions that add new work to a course (tasks ), new developments, and baselining of an existing course, regardless of the development tool. 9
