24 Could have done different ASAE 3402 – Assurance Reports on Controls at a Service Organisation. Unstructured data solution needed a lot more change management. More time to assess communications links and balance risks.

25 Conclusion Off-premise can work. Check your assumptions. Consider a bigger scope than IaaS. Focus on the outcome not the definitions. Your concerns are valuable - use them and move forward.
