2.  Development board is a printed circuit board with circuitry and hardware to facilitate experimentation with certain microcontroller.  Every engineer, developer or hobbyist must have development board to implement their ideas.  LPC1768 evaluation board is based on ARM Cotex- M3 processor from NXP.  LPC1768 Development board should be low cost, less power consumption, and high processing speed.
