Emergency response support Syria- declared L3 March 2012, RRT support scoping mission and 9 week support Philippines- November 2013- GNC Deputy coordinator, 3 RRTs, 2 standby partners, 2 UNICEF surge support CAR- declared L3 in December, RRT support Jan/Feb during which time NCC and IMO were recruited S Sudan- declared L3 in January 2014, GNC-CT remote support and 4 visits by GNC-CT
