To evaluate the effectiveness of SOP/Protocols/Tools of ASEAN, Regional, International and the affected host nation pertaining to multi-national disaster operation. To review the affected host nation’s ability to respond to humanitarian assistance requirements cause by natural disasters. To assess the capacity of ARF members in response to disasters and coordination between civil and military agencies Goals and Objectives

Provision of Facilities, Apparatus and Personal Protective Equipment Equipments: o Masks o Gloves o Safety Helmet o Night Goggles o Other equipment deemed necessary based on each scenarios/simulation of exercise A work area for AAR group members at each site A secretariat as AAR operating base (with supplies of refreshment, computers and networks) Transports, mobility and unrestricted access
