3. Peeling the Onion Tips: o Before trying to solve a problem, make sure everyone first understands all the issues at play. o Peel away the layers of the problem so deeper issues can be addressed.

4. Peeling the Onion Roles: o Facilitator – Time Keeper, keeps group on track, reviews process o Presenter(s) – Describe a problem or dilemma and ask question group will respond to. o Group members – provide clarifying questions and feedback to presenter(s).
