Libraries Matlab is heavily used. The only other toolbox currently required nctoolbox: Fortran compiler - ifort, pgi, gfortran, … MPI - mpich2, openmpi, mvapich, … NetCDF - at least v 3.6, 4 or higher Set your environment for ROMS for WRF
