5 Solutions to Improve Coordination Establish clear responsibilities for the different entities responsible for SPS matters Strengthen communication among the Ministries/Agencies etc. Establish a mechanism to facilitate coordination (procedural manual, guidelines, etc.) Development of an SPS Policy
