Purpose To provide you with an overview of the existing reports within Maytas to supply data/information for upcoming Ofsted inspections.

Objectives By the end of this session you will have a greater understanding of what data is required for inspection and how to generate these reports using Maytas.

Maytas Reports View inspection reports

Other reports Other Key Inspection Data providers need to provide to Inspectors (no standard format):- 1) Unfunded / Funded Learners (learners with planned end dates) If unfunded why? What is their strategy? They need the answers before inspection. More than a year – concerned! 2) Learners by Assessor (is assessor full-time & location – looking at workloads) 3) Learners by Assessor by Workplace (are learners at same workplace or 50 different work places) 4) Learner Progression 5) Review Stats – Planned Vs Actual by Assessor (late reviews – 1 week late OK any longer not acceptable) 12 week minimum 6) Early Leavers and reason for leaving – looking for trends. 7) Recruitment – how many, equal opps, converted?
