May 18, 2015 UNAIDS Purpose Improve the Joint UN Programme of Support Basic Level of Knowledge Collect information on epidemic and response in one document and use information to enhance UN knowledge on the status of the epidemic and the response Analytical Level Use knowledge to deepen understanding and develop analysis on specific aspects of relevance/importance to the national response -identify gaps -identify priority areas of support
