4. Category III – Mandatory DAEP Assault w/ Bodily Injury to student Public Lewdness/Indecent Exposure Deferred prosecution, jury finding, or reasonable belief that a Title V Felony has been committed regardless of location.

5. Category IV – Discretionary DAEP and/or Suspension Persistent Misbehavior Serious Fight Profanity directed at staff Extreme, Flagrant Insubordination Theft Criminal Mischief AUP Violation Disruption to the school environment Reasonable belief that a Non-Title V Offense has been committed regardless of location
