Graduation Requirements 230 Credits needed to graduate 150 of those need to be A-G credits Pass the CAHSEE 100 Hours of Community Service

Academic Expectations Attend school every day Come to class fully prepared Participate in lessons Ask questions Attend tutoring

Uniform Policy Shirt color depends on grade level 9 th = White 10 th = Blue 11 th =Gray 12 th = Black Shirts must remain tucked in while on school grounds. This includes after school. Undershirts must be white/black/gray Black Slacks/Shorts (NO Leggings) Jackets/Coats/Sweaters must have our school logo Socks, belts, laces, and shoes must be black, white, or gray NO hats!

Uniform Violations 1 st offense= Phone call home to request uniform from P/G. School assists with attire for the school day and a 1 hour of detention is assigned 2 nd offense= Phone call home to P/G and 2 hour of detention is assigned 3 rd offense= P/G meeting - mandatory conference- 3 hour Saturday detention, behavior contract is initiated.

Friday Attire Students are allowed to wear blue jeans but they must be accompanied by a college shirt or a school spirit shirt or a school club shirt Khaki pants or shorts are NOT allowed!!!

Free Dress Jeans are ok but must not be torn No Skirts Tops cannot promote drugs, alcoholic beverages, taverns, offense activities Cannot wear clothes that is sexually suggestive or fails to conceal undergarments, back, abdomen, or cleavage. Gang attire will NOT be allowed Sandals are not permitted No hats

Attendance & Tardies School starts with nutrition at 7:30am everyday except Wednesdays (9:30am) All absences must be verified by office personnel Unverified absences will result in Saturday Detention and Behavior contracts To avoid being tardy be in your seat when the bell rings

Cellular Phones We recommend that you don’t bring electronic devices to school Cell phones must be stored away and turned off Phones will be confiscated if seen by a teacher/administrator Parents will be expected to pick up all cell phones that are confiscated

Violations of Internet Usage 1 st offense- P/G notified by the teacher and a 1 hour detention is assigned 2 nd offense- P/G notified and a 2 hour detention is assigned 3 rd offense- Parent conference, behavior contract initiated, 3 hour Saturday detention

Damage to Property Students are responsible for any school property that they damage Students will get billed for damaging school property and expected to pay the full amount Failure to pay fines will result in the holding of transcripts

Service Hours & Detentions Admin detentions will be held every Tuesday from 3:40-4:40 Service hours must be completed before or after school and must be signed off by a staff member Community service will also be required
