1 2013 – 2014 Jr. Trojan Competition Cheer Attendance Policy and Parental Agreement Attendance Policy  Competition cheerleaders may miss 4 excused practices during the summer months of June and July (from June 10 th to July 15 th ).  The mandatory season begins July 16, 2013.  Once the mandatory competition season starts, cheerleaders may miss 2 excused practices.  Absences are only excused if the sponsor is notified in writing 2 weeks in advance of the absence.  There will be no practices the week of July 4 th.  Choreography Camp dates/LHS cheer Camp/Stunt clinics – Attendance and payment is mandatory, no exceptions  Choreography Camps at NMEC – Competition Squad - May 28th and 29 th – LHS Cheer Camp - June 3rd, 4th and 5th at LHS  Stunt Clinics at NMEC - Competition Squad - July 19th Violation Consequences (absent mitigating or extenuating circumstances)  Discipline Policy - Goes into effect during the summer  Missing a practice or late to a game or practice  1st offense - Warning  2nd offense - sit out 1st quarter of the next game with sponsor.  3rd offense - sit out entire next game with sponsor  4th offense - removed for the rest of the season  Unexcused Absences:  Missing a game - sit out the 1st half of the next game with sponsor.  Missing two games - removed for the season Parent/Guardian Signature Date Cheerleaders are required to be at all games and practices. If extenuating circumstances occur, an absence will be handled as follows:
