REGULAR AFFIRMATIVE TÚ COMMANDS Normally if you want to give an affirmative command to someone, you use the Él, Ella, Ud. form of the verb. Example “ Jose, ¡ Monta la bicicleta!

IRREGULAR COMMANDS Some verbs have irregular affirmative tú commands. These verbs include: poner, tener, decir, salir, venir, hacer, ser, and ir.

IRREGULAR COMMANDS If you use a direct object pronoun (lo, la, los, las) with an affirmative command, attach the pronoun to the end of the command. Example: ¡Hazlo mismo! When a pronoun is written with a command of two or more syllables, a written accent is needed over the stressed vowel (usually the third to last vowel). Example: Martín, ayúdame
