ISR Synchronization Trainer Stated Goals 1.Create conditions for communications with BCT level stake holders and within the extended ISR enterprise 2.Create conditions to increase the utilization of ISR assets to meet Commanders’ Intent 3.Create conditions to answer multiple requirements, in many areas, with the least number of assets. 4.Create conditions to maintain current situational awareness while planning for near and long term objectives

ISR AoW Accomplishments 3 Campaign Orders written with several FRAGOs – Based on Campaign design framework of LOOs, Objectives, Endstate – Received and modified existing notional PE from 111 th BDE to current COE for: Fallujah, Konar Province, and Colombia; using open sources NGA provided large amount of map and imagery data Each FRAGO supports several missions (Totaling 17) – Collection Plan with SIR and ISR tasks are provided to the ISR Team (S2X, SIGINT RM, GEOINT RM, S2, and ISR Manager, All Source RM [for SOF, CA, MP, Bn tasking] Students create NAIs and places assets against requirements. Students can request assets from Division CM Instructor can change some parameters from his work station

ISR AoW Functionality Trainer produces Chat from other staffs, intel elements and reports from assets Graphic data is provided for IPB to target collection Scoring mechanism is established COP, NAI, Collection Plan matrix, ISM, ICAT, Chat, Reporting, and RFI utility is available Single Player and Multiplayer functionality Video clips to re-enforce general principles Voice over to reinforce general principles Chat script from non player actors –S3, Bn CDRs, CMO officer, etc Reports based on a finite number of student choices – HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, and SIGACTs (which also includes Patrol, CMO, MP and SOF reporting) Instructor guide pending Trainer Rules available to instructors and students – Target Detection/Asset Requesting/Asset Movement/PIR & SIR Resolution Glossary
