3. ©Lenka Lexová Structure of the letter Reply to offer usually has the following parts: Opening phrase Opening phrase it expresses thanks for the offer Request Request for lower prices, shorter delivery time, better therms of payment, etc. Closing phrase Closing phrase it expresses hope for revision of the offer
